Al Murphy is an accomplished business leader with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency, fostering client relationships, and driving strategic growth. With decades of experience in project management, operations, and small business development, Al has successfully led teams, streamlined processes, and improved customer satisfaction.


As the Owner and President of a successful business since 1985, Al has developed strong client relationships, resulting in long-term partnerships, repeat business, and referrals. His expertise in business management, customer relations, and process optimization has allowed him to create sustainable growth while ensuring exceptional service.


In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Al has dedicated years to public service. Serving as a
Commissioner for the DuPage County Forest Preserve since 2014, he has led strategic initiatives, facilitated cross-functional collaborations, and implemented data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational performance. His tenure includes mentoring future leaders, improving operational policies, and overseeing budget formulation to ensure optimal resource allocation.


Al also served as an Alderman for West Chicago City Council from 1998 to 2014, where he played a key role in shaping policies that benefited the community, promoted economic growth, and improved public services.


A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, Al holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His commitment to fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, and community
engagement continues to drive his leadership efforts, ensuring that businesses and public institutions operate efficiently and effectively.


With a strong foundation in both the private and public sectors, Al Murphy remains dedicated to
fostering growth, building relationships, and implementing innovative solutions for long-term success.
